	We spoke about the septic assessment and work I needed done and in short order Mark was able to come out and get it sorted out. He is professional, thorough, and everything was clear - the drawings, the written report, measurements. All the work done was to a very high standard. No nonsense and the price was right. We have worked with Mark previously and are looking forward to a excellent working relationship during the soon to be new construction of a full septic system, foundation and footings excavation and installation of a fresh water cistern.

	I was extremely fortunate to be referred over to Dynamic Excavating. I was informed that the owner if the company is a very nice individual, is also extremely honest, and is a licensed professional in this scope of work. Upon the owner of Dynamic, Mark coming out to my house for an assessment, I very quickly noticed that what I was told by other business owners was accurate. He is so polite and respectful. It's easy to see that this company deeply cares about each clients satisfaction and deeply cares about the quality of work that they provide for the client. Upon the team arriving to do the work, I very quickly noticed that the employees also treat each client with the absolute upmost respect, they work so diligently to get the job done perfectly, and the level of expertise that I witnessed was astronomical. I can not stress enough how well the entire team did, and how well they treated us. They definitely left us with a very good experience all throughout the process. They worked quickly and very safely. They took care of any permit applications and inspections. They are also well known with Haldimand County officials so acquiring permits for the work was reviewed and approved very quickly and without hassle. Inspections were a breeze and all were deemed excellent by the town inspectors do to Dynamic Excavating always following code standards and safety regulations. Dynamic does business with other contractors such as electrical and plumbing and trucking companies. Those entities conducted business in the same manner that Dynamic did. They were absolutely great!! We met every contractor and employee on the site and all of them treated us with the upmost respect and professionalism and could not have been more polite. Something else that stood out to me was how precisely Dynamic coordinates everything so that the entire job step by step falls directly into place perfectly. They timed out electricians, delivery dump trucks, cranes, machinery, material, inspections, and plumbing, in such a way that as soon as 1 phase was completed, the next phase was pulling into our driveway ready for the Dynamic team to begin the next steps in completing this job. This was amazing!!! The way this team coordinated amongst eachother on site as team mates was phenomenal as well!! Very well seasoned crew. There were a few trees on my property that had to be taken down which is a normal part of the process for the septic system to meet code regulations if trees are present where the septic feild is going to be. There were also a few trees that Dynamic knew I wanted to keep but was willing to part with in order to meet code regulations for the septic system. So without me asking them they took the liberty to make ever so slight, mild adjustments (3 inches wider here, 2 inches longer there) that myself as the client didn't even notice along the way or in the finished product. Dynamic was kind and well versed enough to take that initiative and that allowed myself to keep those trees standing and still meet code regulations no problem!!! I couldn't thank them enough for this!!!! This is just a small glimpse of what this company brings to the table. Even the town inspector was impressed with this level of expertise and deemed the entire system as up to par or exceeding code regulations, as in Dynamic did more than what was expected to meet code. The inspector also mentioned to one of the Dynamic employees on site that he saved those trees and that he was very impressed with that along with the entire layout and installation of the new septic system. Everything was a breeze for us from start to finish with Dynamic Excavating. I would most definitely call on Dynamic time and time again for any and all of what I need done that falls under their scope. I also strongly urge anyone that is seeking a contracting company for septic system installation/removal along with other excavating aspects, to call Dynamic Excavating and use their services. You will not regret it. Thank you for serving us so kindly and for doing such a great job!
